1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rise Learning Platform ("Rise Learning," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

RISE is an AI-powered certification preparation platform that provides:

• AI-generated practice questions for IT certifications
• Adaptive learning engine with spaced repetition
• Performance tracking and readiness analytics
• Exam simulation with timed, scenario-based assessments
• Deep Dive explanations for concept reinforcement
• Gamification features including badges and leaderboards

3. Account Registration

To use RISE, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier (Discovery)

The Discovery plan provides limited access to the Platform at no cost. Features and usage limits for the free tier are described on the Platform and may change at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions (Focus)

Paid subscriptions unlock additional features including AI-powered question generation, advanced analytics, and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

RISE uses artificial intelligence to generate study questions, explanations, and learning content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Not a substitute for official materials: RISE is a supplementary study tool. It does not replace official certification study guides, courses, or exam materials.
• No exam guarantee: Using RISE does not guarantee passing any certification exam. Results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.
• Content evolution: AI-generated content may change and improve over time as our algorithms are refined.

6. Acceptable Use

When using RISE, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or sell AI-generated questions or content from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple persons to use a single account
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RISE — including but not limited to the AI engine, question generation algorithms, user interface design, logos, and branding — are owned by Rise Learning Platform and are protected by intellectual property laws. Certification names and trademarks referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. User Data and Privacy

Your use of RISE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rise Learning Platform and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or study progress
• Failure to pass a certification exam
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE PLATFORM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of São Paulo, Brazil.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of RISE after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
